This orthophthalic-based resin is designed and produced with excellent mechanical and physical properties and very good hardness.
GP-45 resin is designed to produce high-hardness molded parts that, after complete curing, have excellent mechanical properties and very good resistance to chemical agents.

- All experiments were performed at 25°C.
- Viscosity was measured at 25°C, 60 rpm, and spindle number 3.
- To harden the resin, 0.1 grams of cobalt and methyl ketone peroxide type A60 are required in an amount of 1.5 grams of resin at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.

- To perform the HDT test, a cured part must be left at room temperature for 24 hours and then placed at 105 degrees for 2 hours.

Packaging
Unsaturated polyester resin is packaged in unlined metal drums of 200 kg net weight.

Warehousing
Store the product in a cool place at a temperature below 25°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight. If the above conditions are met, the product’s shelf life is a maximum of 6 months from the time of production.
