Description
This product is based on unsaturated polyester resin and is available in three-component and two-component forms, and is used to fill pores and small irregularities on stone surfaces.
It has mechanical resistance, adhesion, hardness, and fast drying, and has excellent gloss and sandability, and is available in transparent and colored shades.
Shelf life and storage conditions
This product should be stored in a closed space away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius for 3 months.
This product is packaged in a metal can.
Three-component consumption method
– The desired surface must be clean, dry and free from any contamination.
– All equipment must be cleaned with thinner before use.
– Add 0.1 to 0.15% by weight of the first component to the third component and mix thoroughly.
– Remove 2% by weight of the first component and hardener.
– Mix the two components thoroughly using a squeegee and spatula.
– You have a maximum of 15 minutes to use the mixture of the first and second components.
– Preferably, heating should be done before the sub to accelerate the hardening process.
Two-component consumption method
– The surface must be clean, dry and free of any contamination.
– All equipment must be cleaned with thinner before use.
– Mix the two components thoroughly using a squeegee and spatula.
– You have a maximum of 15 minutes to use the mixture of the first and second components.
