Description

This resin is orthophthalic based. A general resin with very good mechanical and physical properties that resists impact and mechanical stresses well. GP-25 resin is also resistant to environmental factors and also has good permeability to glass and carbon fibers. This resin can be used in various molding methods, including manual layering, filament winding, and pultrusion.

  • All experiments were performed at 25°C.
  • Viscosity was measured at 25°C, 60 rpm, and spindle number 3.
  • To harden the resin, 0.1 grams of cobalt and methyl ketone peroxide type A60 are required in an amount of 1.5 grams of resin at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.

  • To perform the HDT test, a cured part must be left at room temperature for 24 hours and then placed at 105 degrees for 2 hours.
Packaging

Unsaturated polyester resin is packaged in unlined metal drums of 200 kg net weight.

Warehousing

Store the product in a cool place at a temperature below 25°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight. If the above conditions are met, the product’s shelf life is a maximum of 6 months from the time of production.
